In this mini-retreat geared toward teen girls (ages 13-18), we will be providing tools and resources to help cultivate resilience, find balance, and bring a sense of peace and calm that can be integrated into everyday life. The day will also include mediation/intention setting activity that includes a personalized make-and-take candle. Bring a friend, you won’t want to miss it!
